My name is Dr. G and I am the astronomer. Astronomer's study the stars and space. For my project I did a 3D model of the solar system. It represents the 9 planets such as Mercury, Venus, earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and lastly Neptune.

Dr. Professor Patrick's Project

Because I am an astronomer, I had a choice between a model Space ship and the solar system. I chose the solar system project. Every planet has the precise colors that they are supposed to be and a size appropriate for the pictures. Of course, there are limitations. The planets are, thankfully, not the correct size and the texture is not the same.

The Hand of God - By Dr. Professor Patrick

The "Hand of God" was created when a star exploded, sending cluster of clouds filled with material into space. The anomaly was captured by NASA's new x-ray system, NuSTAR. Using thermal cameras, NuSTAR detected high and low energy points. The x-ray's energy usage ranges from 7 to 25 kiloelectron volts.

The Hand of God is an example of paredolia, which is basically when you observe one object and see another object or picture hidden within. The explosion caused a supernova; all that's left is a pulsar which blows wind particles during the the star's death throes. The Hand of God resembles a fist or a hand reaching out to grab something. Many scientists are pondering whether or not it is an optical illusion or not.  ~Dr. Professor Patrick

Astronomer- Dr. G

For the first time in more than a decade, five NASA earth science missions will be launched into space in the same year. To change our planet, there will be opening new and improved remote eyes. The five launches, including two to the International space station, are part of an active year for NASA earth science. NASA satellites, aircraft, and research help scientists and policy makers find answers to critical challengers facing or planet.
The first mission of the year is the global precipitation measurement core observatory. This mission will produce the first nearly global observations of rainfall and snowfall. The net NASA earth science mission to get off the ground this year is Rapid scat,an instrument scheduled to launch to the international space station on June 6. The new missions will study the earth's systems in the hopes of addressing major issues including extreme weather events.

Dr.Shades

A Galaxies is a sprawling space system made of dust, gas, and countless stars. There's so many, the number can't be counted. The universe alone may contain 100 billion.

A Galaxy with with less than a billion stars is considered a "Small Galaxy". Here in are galaxy the sun is just one of around 100 billion stars. Galaxies are named into three main types: spiral, elliptical, irregular.

A Spiral Galaxy is such as the Milkey Way, contains of a flat disk with a bulging center and surrounding spiral arms. Elliptical are generally round but stretch longer along one axis. Irregular Galaxies are not spiral or elliptical. They appear misshapen and lack a distinct form.

Dr. Bron Bron

Hello, this is Dr. BronBron, and I am going to research the asteroid that hit Russia a few years back. The asteroid that hit Russia on February 15 came as a complete surprise. Researchers traced it to the Apollo family.
Carlos Marcos and his brother Raul are pointing the finger at 2011 asteroid EO40.they studied it for a while and found out it was just a pile of rubble. This particular asteroid was very hazardous.
So, the asteroid that hit Russia ended up just a pile of rubber. It seemed like a big deal back then, but not anymore. Here are some photos of it:
